Olfaction sessions based on a palette of smells from the child’s past country are the basis from which the “perfume game” is built towards the smells of his present country.
These sessions allow the child to become intuitively aware of the meaning of his history, which is marked by sensory ruptures, towards a life where solidity, reliability and predictability, both psychic and sensory, are the new reference points for the stability of his life.
The reliability of his sensory sharing with the world he lives in is one of the bases for building his future, as is the sense of abandonment experienced and the consequent creation of the future family bond.
